Vibrocil nasal drops, 15ml

 Guess what? it is the season of stuffed and runny noses!

This is a non-prescription drop for kids and adults for treating runny noses. This was suggested by my GP doctor when my teen kid was having a runny nose. Now I used the last bit of it. Luckily, I have some other drops (Lorozols nasal oil, 15 ml).

Vibrocil nasal drops, 15 ml. Vibrocil nasal drops contain a nasal decongestant (phenylephrine) and an antihistamine (dimethindene maleate). Vibrocil provides quick and long-lasting relief from the symptoms of a stuffy and runny nose caused by various infections or allergic disorders of the upper respiratory tract. It helps to clear a stuffy nose. Vibrocil does not interfere with the function of the nasal ciliated epithelium. Vibrocil is used to reduce nasal edema in cases of colds, acute and chronic rhinitis, hay fever or another allergic rhinitis (allergies to house dust, animal wool, etc.), vasomotor rhinitis and inflammation of the sinuses (sinusitis). Vibrocil can also be used as an adjunctive therapy for inflammation of the middle ear (otitis). A doctor may recommend Vibrocil for pre- or post-operative therapy in nose surgery.

The Composition

Active substances: Phenylephrine (Phenylephrine) and Dimetindene maleate (Dimetindeni maleas). One ml of Vibrocil solution (nasal drops, nasal spray, and metered dose nasal spray) contains 2.5 mg of phenylephrine and 0.25 mg of dimethindene maleate.

Use

Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. In case of uncertainty, ask a doctor or pharmacist. Children under 1 year: use is not recommended. Children from 1 to 6 years of age (under adult supervision): 1-2 drops in each nostril 3-4 times a day. Children from 6 to 12 years of age ( under adult supervision): 3-4 drops in each nostril 3-4 times a day. Teenagers over 12 years old and adults: 3-4 drops in each nostril 3-4 times a day.
