Ingredients
- Burgess Harvest Maris Piper Potatoes 2.5kg;
- Farm Folk Large Brown Onion - Pack of 3;
- Helen Browning's Organic Pork Mince, 250g;;
- Profusion Organic Himalayan Rose Pink Crystal Salt Coarse, 500 g;
- Morrisons Ground Black Pepper, 25g;
- Morrisons Rosemary, 20g (optional)
- Grapeseed Oil Refined 250 ml – 100% Pure and Natural – Glass - Italy – Edible Grape Seed Oil – Best Benefits for Cooking (can be replaced with any other oil for cooking);
- Morrisons British Double Cream, 600ml
Directions
Bring potatoes to boil and add salt to taste.
While potatoes are boiling start to cook the sauce.
Heat the pan on the stove, add a little oil or any fat you have. chop the onion in small size or larger pieces if you want. Add the chopped onion to the hot oil and sautee couple of minutes. Add minced meat, cook for couple of minutes, stirring and tossing, add salt and some ground black pepper and any other spices you want. Cook for some more minutes.
add some water to the meat. as thick as you want to sauce to be. bring sauce to boil and cut the stove to minimal heat, simmer for five minutes. Add some double cream ( I add 200ml) and bring the sauce to boil. Turn off the stove.
Serve the sauce over boiled potatoes, garnish with any salad you like.
